Exchange Policy
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can use any of the two options, within 15 days of purchase
Option 1Exchange from home. Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 200/-.

Attach mobile video of old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.
Option 2This service is free of cost. All you need to do is to send/drop the products with the original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address. House 132, Street 48, I-8/2, Islamabad, Ph# 0300-00000000, along with the following details.

After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products.

Items already exchanged, are not applicable for return/exchange.
