Delivery takes 1-3 working days. On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 2,990/-. Rs. 220/- will be charged on orders below this amount.

For all online sales, we have a 15 day no questions asked return/exchange policy as long as the product is unworn, in original condition with tags attached/uncut. Please note, refunds are typically processed within 4 working days and are completed via IBFT. In some cases, it may take up to 6 working days.

Please note that the colors displayed on this website may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to differences in monitor calibrations, screen settings, and lighting conditions. We strive to ensure accurate representation, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching.

For online orders, customers must email us at humanpakistan.shopify@gmail.com within 2 hours of order placement to request a cancellation. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
